Accessing Team Settings
Navigate to Settings → Team from the sidebar.Organization Overview
Your organization is the shared workspace where team members collaborate on:- Customer data
- Campaigns
- Templates
- Analytics
Inviting Team Members
Sending Invitations
The invited person will receive an email with instructions to join.
Invitation Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, awaiting acceptance |
| Accepted | Member has joined |
| Expired | Invitation not accepted within 7 days |
Roles and Permissions

Managing Team Members
Viewing Members
The Team page shows all members with:- Name and email
- Role
- Last active
- Join date
Changing Roles
To change a member’s role:Removing Members
To remove a team member:

- Immediately lose access
- Can be re-invited later
- Their work remains in the organization
Organization Settings
Organization Name
Update your organization name:- Click on the organization name
- Enter the new name
- Save changes
Organization Logo
Add a logo for your organization:- Click Upload Logo
- Select an image file
- The logo appears in the app header
Best Practices
Role Assignment
- Limit Owners to 1-2 trusted individuals
- Use Admin for department leads
- Use Member for most team members
Regular Audits
Periodically review your team:- Remove inactive members
- Update roles as responsibilities change
- Review access for departed employees
Secure Invitations
- Only invite people who need access
- Verify email addresses before inviting
- Follow up on pending invitations
Troubleshooting
Invitation Not Received
- Check spam/junk folder
- Verify email address is correct
- Resend the invitation
- Try a different email address
Can’t Change Own Role
- You cannot change your own role
- Ask another Owner or Admin
- Contact support if needed
Member Can’t Access Features
- Verify their role has the required permission
- Check if the feature requires setup
- Clear browser cache and refresh
- Contact support if issues persist
